"Archie" L. Fait, 93, of Lincoln died at 5:45 a.m.
Tuesday, May 23, 2000, at the Christian Village in Lincoln.
Funeral
services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 27, at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home in Lincoln, with the Rev. Paul Gilmore officiating.
Burial
will be in Riverside Cemetery, Illiopolis.
Visitation
will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with Masonic
services at 7 p.m.
Fait
was a self-employed refrigeration contractor before his retirement.
He
was born Jan. 7, 1907, at Illiopolis, a son of Charles E. and Helen
(Boyd) Fait. He married Frances Kinahan Nov. 30, 1929, at Danville.
Surviving
are his wife, Frances, in Lincoln; two nephews; and one niece.
He
was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.
He was the last of his immediate family.
He
was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Lincoln, Lincoln Lodge
#210, York Rite Bodies - Springfield Consistory, Ansar Shrine,
Refrigeration Service Engineer Society and United Commercial
Travelers.
He
had attended Bradley University.
Memorials

Helen
Marie Stoltz, 88, of Lincoln, died at 8:50 p.m. Thursday, May 25,
2000, at Fairview Haven Nursing Home in Fairbury.
Funeral
services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 31, at Holland &
Barry Funeral Home in Lincoln, with the Rev. Richard Reinwald
officiating.
Burial
will be in Zion Cemetery, Lincoln.
Visitation
will be one hour before the service on Wednesday at the funeral
home.
She
retired from State Farm Illinois Region Office of Fire Company after
31 years.
She
was born Feb. 1, 1912, in Lincoln, a daughter of Charles and Emma B.
(Borchardt) Stoltz.
She
is survived by three sisters, Lucille Stoltz of Lincoln, Catherine
(and George) Sheley of Lincoln and Evelyn (and William) Phillips of
Bloomington; seven nieces and nephews; 18 great-nieces and nephews;
and 20 great-great-nieces and nephews.
She
was preceded in death by her parents and loving fiancé, Charles
Gibson.
She
was cherished and loved by all.

American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
