W. Anderson, 46, of Lincoln died at 6:42 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, 2000,
at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Lincoln.
Funeral
services will be Monday, Nov. 20, at 2 p.m. at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home in Lincoln, with Rick Ball officiating.
Burial
will be in New Union Cemetery, Lincoln.
Visitation
is from noon until 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Anderson
was born May 4, 1954, at Galesburg to Lloyd B. and Margaret (Wall)
Anderson. He married Kathleen Weers on Aug. 22, 1979, in Lincoln.
Surviving
are one daughter, Jillian N. Anderson of Letts, Iowa; one son, Jake
W. Anderson of Hartsburg; his mother, in Lincoln; two brothers, Rick
B. Anderson and Robbin G. Anderson, both of Lincoln; and his former
wife, in Emden.
He
was preceded in death by his father.
He
was a member of Park Meadows Baptist Church.

Verna L. Stoll
Mrs. Verna L. Stoll, 76, of Mt.
Pulaski, IL passed away 9:47 a.m. Friday,
November 17, 2000 at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL.
Funeral Services will be Monday, November 20 at the Zion Lutheran
Church of
Chestnut with Rev. Richard Stamm officiating. Burial will be
at the Mt.
Pulaski Cemetery, Mt. Pulaski.
Visitation is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home in Mt. Pulaski.
Mrs. Stoll was born on March 21, 1924 in Decatur to Karl and Bertha
(Kossieck) Riedel. She married Raymond Hubert Stoll on August
31, 1947, in
Decatur. He passed away on December 20, 1991.
Surviving are three sons, David R. (Cindy) Stoll of Chestnut, Henry
K.
(Beverly) Stoll of Beason, and John E. (Nancy) Stoll of Chestnut;
three
daughters, Linda L. (Jeffery) Dirks of Mt. Pulaski, Joyce A.
(Charles) Kirk
of Sherman, IL, and Julie L. (Daryn) Denzer of Champaign; one
brother,
Richard "Bud" (Judy) Riedel of Decatur; three sisters,
Dorothy Strauch of
Washington, IL, Margaret Krueger of Decatur, IL, and Norma (Walter)
Rahn of
Tuscola, IL.
She is also survived by nine grandchildren: Caleb and Angela
Dirks, Anthony
Kirk, Matthew and Michael Stoll, Allison Stoll, Samantha, Skye and
Haylie
Denzer.
She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
Mrs. Stoll was a member of Zion Lutheran Church of Chestnut where
she was a
member of the Ladies Aid Society, Lutheran Women's Missionary
League,
Fellowship Club and church choir. She was also a volunteer for
the
Vonderlieth Living Center Auxiliary and enjoyed painting, sewing and
writing
poetry.
Memorials may be given to Vonderlieth Living Center Auxiliary or
Zion
Lutheran Church of Chestnut.
