under discussion is owned by Glenn and Marilyn Buelter

31, 2000] As
stated in a Lincoln Daily News article on Aug. 30, the
Lincoln City Council heard arguments at their Tuesday evening work
session both for and against rezoning the property at 404-416 Woodlawn
Road, east of the Kroger store, to allow the construction of an auto
parts business. The Plan Commission has already rejected the petition
for rezoning the properties from R-2 residential to C-1 commercial,
but the final decision will be up to the council. The property is owned by Glenn and Marilyn
Buelter. One of the names was incorrect in the Aug. 30 posting.
