NWS-Lincoln has issued a winter storm warning for Wednesday through Thursday night. A mixture of rain, sleet and snow will change to all freezing rain tonight.  This will continue overnight, producing significant ice accumulations of around one-quarter inch.  Freezing rain will change to rain Thursday.  However, it will change back to freezing rain and sleet Thursday evening before changing to all snow after midnight. — National Weather Service-Lincoln via Logan County ESDA
