help Illinois stay viable in the agriculture field, state Treasurer Judy
Baar Topinka has established the Excellence in Agriculture scholarship
program. Applications are available from the Office of the State
Treasurer Agriculture Programs Division, 1 West Old State Capitol Plaza,
Suite 814, Springfield, IL 62701; phone (217) 558-6215. Completed
applications must be postmarked on or before April 16.
