Coffeehouse specials offered throughout grand
opening week

Einstein's Louisiana
Coffeehouse has an entire grand opening week of special offers and
events planned beginning today, Wednesday, Feb. 18. The coffeehouse,
which began serving traditional coffees, teas and bakery items, has
added luscious made-from-scratch Cajun-style soups and sandwiches.

Booths, tables and
living room settings offer plenty of seating in the beautiful
historic building located at 203 S. Sangamon St.
Einstein's is
offering special menu prices, door prizes and drawings, food samples
and free hors d'oeuvres throughout the week. On Friday's
entertainment docket is the popular
Illinois Brassworks.
The grand opening
ends with a big Fat Tuesday party.
