RENO, Nev. -- The
International Virtual Assistants Association has announced its third
annual summit. The Virtual Assistants' Best Practices Conference
will be Oct. 20-22 at the Marriott Chicago Downtown.

The Chicago summit is an opportunity
for all professional virtual assistants to come together to learn
how to operate their businesses more smoothly, serve their clients
more efficiently and promote the industry itself through their own
work as virtual assistants.
The conference will cover topics such
as marketing and public relations, pricing, business identity, time
management, education and credentials, and more. There will be a
brown-bag lunch with round-table discussions each day, as well as
evening entertainment and vendor exhibits throughout the conference.
A virtual assistant is an independent
entrepreneur providing administrative, creative or technical
services. Using advanced technological modes of communication and
data delivery, professional virtual assistants work from their own
offices on a contractual basis to help clients in their area of
expertise.

Assistants Association, nonmember virtual assistants and people

The
International Virtual Assistants
Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the
professional education and development of members of the virtual
assistance profession and to educating the public on the role and
function of the virtual assistant. The association has the

internationally as the standard that virtual assistants strive to
