Call Center Sales Manager
We are a rapidly growing wholesale distributor
located in Springfield, Ill. We are looking for a Sales Manager for our
Outbound Call Center. This position will lead a team of 15-30 salespeople.
The candidate will be fluent in developing and leading sales reps in the
art of consultative sales, up-selling and cross-selling to make and exceed
sales quotas in an outbound telesales environment. The candidate must have
a proven track record of various monitoring, coaching and development
techniques to consistently drive results. The candidate will also have the
ability to pinpoint potential sales improvement via analyzing sales data
and productivity. Previous experience managing a telesales team of
15-30 salespeople is required and proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Word
