[MAY 17, 2004]  Zion Lutheran School presented the following special sports awards at the school's recent awards night:

Baseball: Aaron Klemm, most improved player; Bryce Hunsley, most valuable player

Basketball, girls: Katelyn Harmsen, most improved; Emily Sheley and Raeann Sheley, most valuable, seventh grade; Amanda Podbelsek, most valuable, eighth grade

Basketball, boys: Jonathan Mangano, most improved; Jordan Barr and Scott Carnahan, most valuable

Volleyball: Emily Sheley, most improved, seventh grade; Lorenda Kirby, most valuable, seventh grade; Sabra Boyd, most improved, eighth grade; Amanda Podbelsek and Jenna Opperman, most valuable, eighth grade
