Native American 4-H mini camp planned     Send a link to a friend

[MAY 26, 2004]  Logan County 4-H will have a Native American mini camp on Thursday, June 17, from 8:45 to 11:30 a.m. at Kickapoo Creek Park, Lincoln. Logan County 4-H'ers and their friends who are 8 to 12 years of age are welcome to attend and join in the morning's Native American-themed activities. Youth will participate in making rain sticks, Native American sand art, and dream catchers, as well as play Native American games.

Cost for the mini camp will be $3 per person, payable that morning. Participants should plan to arrive at the park sometime between 8:45 and 9 a.m.

To register, please contact Patty Huffer at the Logan County Extension office, 732-8289, for a registration form. The deadline for registration is Wednesday, June 9.
