[NOV. 6, 2004] Special Sunday events this month at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1409 Pulaski St. in Lincoln:

Sunday, Nov. 14, is Loyalty Sunday at Immanuel -- a day to plan how to use our time, talents and treasures for the Lord's work in 2005

Sunday, Nov. 21, is the date for the LYF chili supper and basket raffle at Immanuel. The meal will be served from 4 to 7 p.m. Tickets cost $5 for adults, $3 for children ages 4-12 and free for ages 3 and under. Baskets will be raffled that evening at 6:30. Chances are $1 each or six for $5. Participants do not need to be present to win.

[OCT. 30, 2004] SPRINGFIELD -- The public is invited to a supper concert Nov. 12 with Red Lettered Ransom, Reflection, Micah Walk and FortyMinusOne.

The concert will be at the Holy Ground coffeehouse, 304 W. Allen St. in Springfield.

Doors open at 7 p.m. and bands play from 7:30 to 11 p.m. The cost is $8 at the door.
