SPRINGFIELD -- The
Springfield Center for Independent Living is sponsoring a free
special education workshop on the topic "Understanding Your Child's
IEP Form." The workshop will be presented by Vickie Henley, training
consultant with Family Matter, on Tuesday, Oct. 19, from 6 to 9 p.m.
in Room 201 at the Laurel United Methodist Church, 631 W. South
Grand Ave. in Springfield. |
This free workshop is open to parents
and guardians of children with disabilities, teachers,
administrators and social service professionals.
Refreshments will be provided.
