The city of Lincoln opened the 2005-06
fiscal year with ceremonial matters at Monday evening's business meeting.
City attorney Bill Bates administers the oath of office to second-term Mayor
Beth Davis. Bates accepted reappointment and was likewise re-sworn as city
attorney.
