1840-1847: Postville, the first Logan County
Courthouse |

1848-1853: Mount Pulaski Courthouse

1853-1857: A first courthouse was built on
the new Lincoln site, but burned down. It is not depicted in any of
the paintings. |

1857-1903: This is the second Lincoln
courthouse, on the same site as the first, and it was the fourth Logan
County Courthouse. Note the separate buildings beside it. They were
smaller, fireproof offices built for the circuit court clerk and
county clerk's
offices. |

1905-present: Today's 100-year-old
Logan County Courthouse
