A tribute to my
father, Robert L. Steller
My Father died Sept 13th, during a heart valve replacement at Memorial
Hospital in Springfield, IL. He was a Man of God. We had prayer together.
Dad was in great spirits when I last talked to him, as they took him into
surgery. My Father was a special person. You know the kind that loved life
and always talked to everyone. He greeted you always, no matter who you
were with a hand shake, and a smile. His name, Robert Louis Steller " Bob
" took me in at age 7 as his Son. I called him Dad instantly. Married my
Mother and made a home for us. The only Father I ever knew for 49 years. I
loved him as much as anyone could ever love another human. I know my
Father is in heaven with my God. Thanks for listening. Jimmy Cary
