Administrative assistant
Annual salary range: $15,788-$22,271
Starting salary negotiable.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
And as needed in special circumstances.
This position
is responsible for the financial accounting/bookkeeping, record keeping,
filing, and paperwork generated from the operation of the library. Basic
knowledge of and ability to use computers required. Experience with
QuickBooks software is desirable.
Minimum qualifications: associate's degree from a two- or four-year
college in business, accounting or related field. One year experience in
secretarial work. A degree from a secretarial or business school can be
substituted for experience.
