[OCT. 24, 2006]  William “Ross“ Hartman, 50, of Lincoln died at 9:23 a.m. at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield on Monday, Oct. 23, 2006.

Mr. Hartman was a baker for Mr. Doughnut and greeter at Wal-Mart.

Visitation is set for Thursday, Oct. 26 from 6-8 p.m. at Bennett Funeral Home. A service will be held on Friday, Oct. 27 at 11:00 a.m. at the Full Gospel Tabernacle. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery. Pastor Oscar Owens will officiate.

Mr. Hartman was born on August 7, 1956 to William and M. Joan (Christen) Hartman in Jacksonville. He married Becky Woolen on December 3, 1983 in Lincoln.

He is survived by his wife Becky Hartman; his mother, M. Joan Hartman; one son, Ethan Hartman and a brother Rod Hartman and a sister Carol Johnson; all of Lincoln. Also a brother Johnny (Debbie) Johnson of Corpus Christie, TX.

He was preceded in death by his father William Hartman.

He attended Full Gospel Tabernacle.
