[December 18, 2007] The Illinois Association of Soil &
Water Conservation Districts recently recognized Carolyn Seitzer at
their winter meeting in Springfield for 30 years of service with the
Logan County Soil & Water Conservation District in Lincoln.
Presenting Seitzer her award is Annyce Winters, IESWCD chairman
from Greene County SWCD.
Carolyn and her husband, Clifford, reside in Lincoln.
