DivorceCare is a video seminar series featuring experts on
divorce and recovery topics such as coping with depression and
anger, financial survival, and single parenting. Each session also
includes a group discussion.
In the video "Facing My Loneliness," psychotherapist Les Carter
of the Minirth Clinic in Richardson, Texas, looks at causes of
loneliness and pitfalls to avoid when working through lonely
feelings. In addition, Myles Munroe, Ph.D., offers suggestions for
moving out of loneliness and into a fulfilling life. Munroe is
author of "Single, Married, Separated and Life After Divorce."
