INFLATABLE BOUNCE
HOUSES CAN DEFLATE Sportcraft Ltd. of Mt. Olive, N.J. is
recalling Inflatable Bounce Houses sold nationwide from September
2006 to January 2007. The fan and the plastic housing surrounding
the fan can break apart during use of the inflatable bounce house,
posing a risk of impact injury to consumers.
The recall includes the following models: "Castle Kingdom," "Jump
'N' Kingdom," and "Bounce 'N' Playhouse." The bounce houses are
inflated by a yellow, horizontal fan. The fan's model number,
FJ4-330C or FJ4-330C2, is printed on a silver sticker on the fan's
housing. Bounce houses with an "N" at the end of either model number
on the fan are not included in this recall.
Consumers should contact Sportcraft at (800) 511-0675 between 9

WHEEL FORKS ON BMX BICYCLES COULD FAIL
Mirraco LLC of Carlsbad, Calif. is recalling Bicycles sold
nationwide from November 2006 to January 2007. The front wheel forks
on these bicycles could have been welded improperly. This poses a
risk that the weld could fail, and the rider could lose control and
fall.
The recall involves BMX bicycles. The model name is printed on
the bicycle. Recalled models include the following:

DIVE COMPUTERS CAN CAUSE DECOMPRESSION SICKNESS
Pelagic Pressure Systems, of San Leandro, Calif. is recalling
Oceanic and AERIS Digital Dive Computers sold nationwide from
October 2006 to February 2007. When performing a switch from one gas
to another during a dive, the dive computer's display will lock up
and not return to the main dive screen that displays dive times.
This can cause divers to enter decompression unknowingly or the
diver could ascend prematurely, resulting in decompression sickness.
The recall involves Oceanic-brand ATOM 2.0 dive computers with
serial numbers 1 through 2,079 (Revisions 2E, 3A, and 3B) and AERIS-brand
EPIC dive computers with serial numbers 1 through 712 (Revision 1A),
which can be accessed and viewed on the computer's display. Also,
the serial number and date of manufacture are printed on the bottom
of the unit (Oceanic ATOM 2.0 from August 23 to November 23, 2006,
and AERIS EPIC from October 18 to November 14, 2006). This recall
does not include any other Oceanic or AERIS brand dive computers.
Consumers should take the dive computers to an authorized Oceanic
or AERIS dealer to get a free software upgrade. Consumers can also

THINK-PAD NOTEBOOK BATTERIES CAN OVERHEAT
Lenovo (United States) Inc., of Research Triangle Park, N.C. is
recalling Lithium-ion extended-life batteries used in ThinkPad
notebook computers sold nationwide from November 2005 to February
2007. If the battery in the laptop is struck forcefully on the
corner, such as from a direct fall to the ground, the battery pack
can overheat and pose a fire hazard to users. This is not an
internal battery cell defect.
Lenovo sold these extended-life batteries with new ThinkPad
notebook PCs or as optional or replacement batteries for the
following ThinkPad notebook models: R Series (R60 and R60e), T
Series (T60 and T60p) and Z Series (Z60m, Z61e, Z61m, and Z61p). The
recalled 9-cell batteries have the following part number, which can
be found on the battery label: FRU P/N 92P1131.

discard them. Individuals who are not sure if the purchased product
contains the recalled peanut butter topping should contact the store
where the product was purchased.

outlets used the topping until 2/16/07, when the product was
recalled.

Butter Topping in 6 lb. 10 oz. cans. Carvel used the topping

peanut butter and all Great Value peanut butter beginning with
product code 2111. The company's recall extends to products made
