SPRINGFIELD -- Sen. Larry Bomke joined
AFSCME Council 31 at a press conference Wednesday to voice concerns
about staffing cutbacks at the Illinois Department of Corrections.
John Cameron (above, left), Debby Lippincott and Bomke called for a change at IDOC to improve safety and security in
prisons because staffing levels have declined over the past year.
