Well, folks, it has been great! I am sorry to
say this, but
Einstein's Louisiana CoffeeHouse will be closing at
the end of the month. It's time for old Rob to retire from the
hustle.

The business is for sale, but act quickly! Einstein's is selling out
everything! We have all kinds of refrigeration and cooking
equipment, huge chest freezer, tons and tons of kitchen supplies,
tables, chairs, etc.
We will be running big specials on lunches this week: jambalaya,
red beans 'n' rice, and of course, she crab soup.
