Property
Description: A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, in
Township 20 North, Range 3 West of the 3rd P.M.,
Logan County, Illinois.
This
property, zoned as I-2, heavy industrial, consists of 1.13 acres
which are improved with two buildings. The first is a 50'x 58'
steel-framed structure with a concrete floor, which has been used
as an auto body and repair shop. It has two 12' overhead doors
and two walk-in doors. A small office area has been built near
the front of the building. It also has a restroom. The office
area is heated with ventless space heaters, and the shop area
