nationwide from September 2005 to February 2007. Water used in
the humidifier can leak into the unit's electrical compartment,
posing a fire hazard.
This recall involves Warm Mist CareFree humidifiers sold in
white and black with blue or green tinted water tanks. "Hunter"
and "NiteGlo" are printed on the humidifier. Model numbers are

nationwide from July 2003 to October 2007. The fuel tank filler
neck can crack and separate allowing fuel or fuel vapors to leak
from the fuel tank. This poses a fire hazard.
This recall involves certain model year 2004-2007 Polaris
snowmobiles. The model number and serial number (VIN)
identification decal is located on the right side of the tunnel

Swimways Corp. is recalling "Skippy" Pool Toys sold nationwide
from February 2007 to September 2007. The elastic tongue of the
fish can break and forcefully come out and cut the users' hands
during launching of the toy.
This recall involves a rubber pool toy shaped like a fish. The
fish are blue, purple or green colored and measure 8 ½ inches
long by 5 inches wide. A loop of elastic tubing shaped like a
tongue comes out of the mouth of the fish and is used for
launching the fish across the water like a slingshot. "WARNING.
Do not aim at another person. Made in China" is printed on the
bottom of the fish.

Spin Master is recalling Aqua Dots sold nationwide from April
2007 to November 2007. The coating on the beads that causes the
beads to stick to each other when water is added contains a
chemical that can turn toxic when many are ingested. Children
who swallow the beads can become comatose, develop respiratory
depression, or have seizures.
The recalled toy is a craft kit which allows children to create
various multi-dimensional designs using small colored beads. The
beads fuse together when sprayed with water. The recall applies
to all models of Aqua Dots. The product is available in various
different kits with accessories such as a drying fan, applicator
pen, design templates for the beads, and spray bottle. The
product is labeled for ages 4+.
