[September 06, 2007]  POCATELLO, Idaho (AP) -- At least it's covered by her insurance policy. Anita Ovard moved to a little in Pocatello because she wanted to see more wildlife. But she got a little more than she bargained for when a momma moose made its way inside her home.

Ovard pulled into her driveway on Tuesday to find two baby moose in her front yard and a mother moose bashing through her front door. Ovard ran to the back of the house, opening the sliding glass door, and then ran away as fast as she could. The equally frightened moose ran back out the front, bounding away from the home.

Ovard said she understands why it happened, after all, her home was built on land historically occupied by the big animals.

Ovard said the moose damaged the door and frame, but not to worry. After a phone call to her surprised insurance agent, the company said it would cover the damage.
