This isn't good. A daylight picture of the partially collapsed building at 217 S. Sangamon shows roof joists hanging in the air and a lone two-by-four supporting the back section of the structure. The roof continues to sag downward getting closer to snapping in two. The city will have a structural engineer inspect the building on Thursday.
