This week's 'Viewpoint' guest

[December 16, 2008]  Tune in to "Viewpoint" this Wednesday, when Bill Thomas, an active promoter of Atlanta, will be featured. He will talk about their new museum at the Palms Grill and will also discuss the impact and importance of the "computer age."

Hardware"Viewpoint" airs weekly on Wednesdays at 8:15 a.m. on WLCN-FM 96.3, Atlanta. Listen in each week and hear what's interesting and happening in our area when Judy Busby and Bill Gossett host special guests on their lively morning radio program.

"Viewpoint" -- the program of personalities, politicians and perspectives -- has scheduled the following:

  • Dec. 24 -- "Christmases we have known." Judy and Bill will talk about their Christmas experiences and will ask listeners to call in with their own stories.

  • Dec. 31 -- Pending. Trying to book representative from the Illinois State Police.

  • Jan. 7 -- Chris Miller, NOAA Weather Service.

  • Jan. 14 -- Kay Smith, with updated discussion on plans for the Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial celebration.

  • Jan. 21 -- Wayne Cox, with information on the Good Sam Ministries recycling program.
