RestaurantIt's the Irish rock band's 12th studio album and their first release since 2004's "How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb."

The announcement was made Thursday.

The new album was completed after studio sessions in Fez, Morocco; Dublin, Ireland; New York; and London.
