The Northeast was to rise into the 20s, 30s, and 40s, while the Southeast was to see temperatures
mostly in the 50s and 60s. The Upper Midwest was to reach into the 20s and 30s, while the Southern Plains
area was to see temperatures in the 50s and 60s. The Northwest was to climb into the 30s and 40s in the lower elevations.
