Agriculture Futures Mostly Rise on CBOT

[February 27, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures mostly traded higher Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery rose 90 cents to $12.145 a bushel; March corn fell 2.75 cents to $5.305 a bushel; March oats gained 13.25 cents to $4.1725 a bushel; May soybeans advanced 15 cents to $14.8425 a bushel.

Beef futures traded higher and pork futures were mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle added 0.65 cent to 93.25 cents a pound; March feeder cattle gained 0.57 cent to $1.0477 a pound; April lean hogs rose 0.25 cent to 60.75 cents a pound; March pork bellies slipped 1.10 cents to 92.25 cents a pound.
