Agriculture Futures Mostly Fall on CBOT

[February 28, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures mostly traded lower Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery rose 35.5 cents to $12.50 a bushel; March corn fell 5.5 cents to $5.25 a bushel; March oats lost 4.75 cents to $4.125 a bushel; May soybeans shed 9 cents to $14.7525 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle fell 0.03 cent to 93.22 cents a pound; March feeder cattle added 0.33 cent to $1.0510 a pound; April lean hogs gained 0.22 cent to 60.97 cents a pound; March pork bellies dropped 2.4 cents to 89.85 cents a pound.
