At Monday night’s Lincoln City Council meeting, Harvest of Talents founder Pat Snyder (right) and Harvest chairwoman Carolyn Neal graciously accepted a special proclamation from Lincoln Mayor Elizabeth Davis-Kavelman that officially proclaimed the fourth Saturday of October 2008 as "Harvest Day" in Lincoln.
