Ag futures mostly rise on Chicago Board of Trade

[October 28, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures mostly rose Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery rose 13.25 cents to $5.2950 a bushel; December corn gained 12.5 cents to $3.8525 a bushel; December oats fell 12 cents to $2.38 a bushel; November soybeans rose 2.925 cents to $8.930 a bushel.

Beef futures and pork futures mostly rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle rose 1.07 cents to 88.92 cents a pound; October feeder cattle dropped 0.25 cent to 95.90 cents a pound; December lean hogs rose 0.05 cent to 58.55 cents a pound; February pork bellies settled up 2.08 cents to 86.40 cents a pound.
