Ag futures mostly fall on Chicago Board of Trade

[October 29, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures mostly fell Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery fell 15.50 cents to $5.140 a bushel; December corn rose 5.5 cents to $3.9075 a bushel; December oats dropped 18.5 cents to $2.195 a bushel; November soybeans fell 14.25 cents to $8.7875 a bushel.

Beef futures and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle rose 0.83 cent to 89.75 cents a pound; October feeder cattle dropped 0.35 cent to 95.55 cents a pound; December lean hogs fell 0.50 cent to 58.05 cents a pound; February pork bellies settled up 0.40 cent to 86.80 cents a pound.
