We
have a launch. As Logan County Board Chairman Terry Carlton
cuts the ribbon, everyone lets loose a balloon to traverse the
area. On each balloon is a free pass to next year's art and
balloon fest, so "look to the skies" and Lincoln for a weekend
of great family entertainment.
