Agriculture futures trade mixed on the CBOT

[February 07, 2009]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures were mixed Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery lost 4.75 cents to $5.57 a bushel; March corn rose 6 cents to $3.7725 a bushel; March oats gained 2 cents to $1.95 a bushel; and March soybeans jumped 21 cents to $10.01 a bushel.

Beef futures rose and pork futures were mostly lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle inched up 0.2 cent to 86.7 cents a pound; March feeder cattle rose 0.23 cent to 94.35 cents a pound; February lean hogs slipped 0.15 cent to 56.35 cents a pound; and February pork bellies were flat at 79 cents a pound.
