 Police said the man, 52, stated that he had only one beer, but they said a blood-alcohol test measured him at more than three times the legal limit for operating a vehicle.
He was processed and released from the Hamilton County Jail, pending a court appearance on charges of operating a vehicle under the influence and resisting arrest.
