• Clenin, Waynetta D., 34-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Jan. 4 at 2300 Railsplitter Ave.; Class A -- driving while license suspended, Class C -- possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams

• Helton, Natalia C., 29-year-old female, Mount Pulaski; arrested Jan. 2 at 911 Pekin St.; Class A -- failure to appear -- bad check, first offense

• Sullivan, Jennifer J., 27-year-old female, Evansville, Ind.; arrested Jan. 2 in the Tazewell County Jail; failure to appear; $5,000 bond or 10 percent

Hit-and-run on Dec. 31 at 2:30 p.m.; 1475 Woodlawn Road, 398 feet west of Illinois 121 and Woodlawn Road

--Michael J. Turner, male, 30, of Lincoln; 2009 Dodge Charger

Turner said that while he was inside the Kroger grocery store, 1475 Woodlawn Road, his vehicle was struck. Turner said his vehicle was parked and unoccupied. There was visible damage to the rear, passenger side door and quarter panel.
