[July 27, 2009]  GLENWOOD. (AP) -- Authorities are investigating a second suburban Chicago cemetery after a human bone was found lying on the ground.

Cook County Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Patterson says the bone was found Friday at Mount Glenwood Memory Gardens South Cemetery in Glenwood. No charges have been filed, and cemetery owner Jeannie Walsh denies any wrongdoing.

A family already had filed suit against the historic black cemetery, accusing Mount Glenwood of trying to resell a plot where two relatives are buried.

The investigation into Mount Glenwood comes after workers at another historic black cemetery south of Chicago were charged with felonies for allegedly double-stacking bodies in a scheme to resell plots.
