AFSCME workers at the Lincoln and Logan Correctional centers, along with family members and supporters, lined the roadway by Edward Madigan State Park yesterday afternoon. The informational picket was to protest Gov. Quinn's proposal to release inmates on an early out basis and to cut staffing at the prisons by half.
