PAINT SPRAYERS

Wagner Spray Tech Corp. is recalling Wagner Paint Sprayers sold nationwide from August 2007 to April 2009. The on-off switch can be dislodged from the casing, resulting in exposure of electrical connections. This can pose an electrical shock hazard. 

This recall includes the Wagner Control Spray Plus Model 0414248. This model number can be found on a white label located on the side of the motor housing. The following date codes are affected by this recall and can be found stamped on the bottom of the motor housing near the air hose connection:

CHILDREN'S HATS 

Ambler Mountain Works is recalling Erwin Beanie and Poseidon Beanie Children's Knitted Hats sold nationwide from September 2008 to November 2008. The eyeballs on the Erwin Beanie and the octopus legs on the Poseidon Beanie can come loose, posing a potential choking hazard. 

The Erwin Beanie is primarily green and white yarn knitted to configure a frog with white eyeballs and a red smile. The Poseidon Beanie comes in several colors of yarn and has hand sewn turtles, whales and octopus attached to the beanie. The beanies have the firm's logos "Ambler" or "A" printed on a fabric tag. 

Consumers should return the hats to Ambler Mountain for a free product replacement or cut off the frog's eyes and the octopus legs and permanently dispose of them.

TORQUE WRENCHES 

Richard Abraham Herder KG is recalling Torcofix/Torcoflex and Mountz Torque Wrenches sold nationwide July 2006 to April 2008. The internal spring mechanism on the wrench can fail or break, allowing bolts or screws to break or become unscrewed, posing a risk of injury. 

The wrenches were sold under three styles names: Richard Abraham Herder KG "Gedore/Rahsol" label, the Mountz "Titan" label, and the Mountz "Erico" label. A complete list of the wrenches can be found at www.recalls.org

JEWELRY CRAFT KITS 

Action Products International Inc. is recalling Abalone and Venetian Carnevale Necklace Craft Kits sold nationwide and in Canada from June 2007 to April 2009.  The lobster clasps in both craft kits contain high levels of lead. The Abalone Necklace's pendant also contains high levels of lead. 

The recall includes the children's jewelry craft kits "Abalone Necklace" (item #67117) and "Venetian Carnevale Necklace" (item #67118). Both kits contain components to assemble necklaces including charms, beads, wire and clasps. The kit's name, model number, and "Curiosity Kits" are printed on the product's packaging.

CHILDREN'S JACKETS 

Jason Evans Assoc. LLC is recalling Children's Hooded Jackets sold by Burlington Coat Factory nationwide from September 2006 to April 2009. The jackets have a drawstring through the hood which can pose a strangulation hazard. 

The recalled children's jacket has a drawstring through the hood. They were sold in boy sizes 4, 5, 6 and 7 in colors black/grey. The RN number 30842 printed in the center back neck and style number 1708 is printed on the hangtag on the center back neck. 

Consumers should immediately remove the drawstrings or return the garment to either the place of purchase or to Jason Evans Associates for a full refund.

OFF-ROAD MOTORCYCLES 

KTM North America Inc. is recalling Off-Road Motorcycles sold nationwide from December 2008 to April 2009. The front fork inner tube on the off-road motorcycles can crack and separate from the fork axle, posing a risk of injury or death to the operator. 

This recall involves model year 2009 KTM off-road motorcycles. The model name and KTM™ logo are located on the right and left shrouds. A complete list of the motorcycles can be found at www.recalls.org

COMMERCIAL FREEZERS 

Unilever, dba Good Humor Breyers United States is recalling Fricon Upright Freezers leased nationwide from May 2007 to March 2009. The controller of the freezer is incompatible with the unit and can overheat and melt the relay, posing a fire hazard. 

Misc

This recall involves the Fricon commercial one-door upright freezers with model number VCV1V. These freezers are typically used in grocery stores and other commercial settings. The model number is found either on a label located in the upper, right corner on the back of the unit or on a label located inside the unit on the lower left side. 

Retailers and distributors should immediately disconnect the freezers and remove them from service.
