[May 26, 2009]  CHICAGO (AP) -- A judge has set bail at $2 million for an off-duty Chicago police officer facing reckless homicide, DUI and hit-and-run charges after allegedly striking and killing a boy riding his bicycle.

InsuranceRichard Bolling is accused of killing 13-year-old Trenton Booker about 1:30 a.m. Friday while driving the wrong way on a one-way street on the city's South Side.

Relatives say the teen sneaked out with friends after going to bed.

Bolling remains jailed and is due in court Tuesday. The 39-year-old officer has been relieved of his police powers and is under internal investigation.
