Saturday morning approximately 60 children, and
possibly that many parents, met in Latham Park to take a tour of the
city, trick-or-treating with Mayor Keith Snyder.
The Halloween parade included stops at more than a dozen local
businesses, where children were given tons of treats.

Lincoln Fire Chief Kent Hulett,
or is it really Mayor Keith Snyder?

"My eyes are getting heavy!" The parade went
several blocks in downtown Lincoln. By the end, this little guy was
looking a little weary.
