Any business that is based in someone's home, such as Tupperware,
Avon, Lia Sophia, Tastefully Simple and even a lawn care business,
will be represented at this expo. They will be displaying some of
their merchandise, offering cash-and-carry items, booking home
parties and taking orders, as well as speaking with visitors about
the opportunities they can provide if someone is interested in
having their own home business. Also on hand will be the
Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce, Lincoln & Logan County
Developmental Partnership, and others to discuss how they can assist
home-based business owners in becoming more successful.
The Route 66 Heritage Foundation of Logan County is pleased to
present this event to the community. It will provide a great
business opportunity as well as a great jumpstart to the holiday
shopping season by shopping locally. The public is invited to check
out all that will be offered.

The event will also include door prizes donated by the vendors, as
well as coffee and doughnuts donated by Casey's General Store.
The proceeds from this event will go toward the restoration
project for The Mill. This
is one of the main projects for the Route 66 Heritage Foundation of
Logan County, which hopes to have the site open as a Route 66 museum
by late 2010.
Vendor spaces are still available for the expo. All vendors must
be registered by noon on Nov. 13. Call 217-732-8687 or e-mail

questions.
