Lincoln Police Department reports for Thursday, Nov. 12 Vehicle
damage on Nov. 10 at 6:29 a.m.; Interstate 55 business loop, 300
feet north of Broadwell Drive
--Ashley E. List, 24-year-old female, Lincoln; 2002 Chevrolet
Blazer 4-door 4x4
List was traveling south on Lincoln Parkway next to New Union
Cemetery. Approximately 100 yards of Broadwell Drive, a deer ran
from the cemetery and hit the driver's side of List's vehicle. All
the windows on the driver's side were blown out due to the impact
and a large amount of body damage to the vehicle was observed. The
deer was later found and removed.

Hit-and-run on Nov. 10 at 3:28 p.m.; 1500 Fourth St., 10 feet
east of South Postville Drive

--Michelle Aper, 40-year-old female, Lincoln; 2008 Ford Fusion
Aper was parked in the parking lot at 1500 Fourth St., facing
west. Aper was inside, where she works. She had parked her vehicle
at 1 p.m. when she returned from lunch. She found damage to the
vehicle at 3:28 p.m. and called the police. Aper's vehicle sustained
moderate damage to the rear bumper on the driver's side. There were
no witnesses to the accident and no one observed the unknown vehicle
fleeing the scene.
