Sunday afternoon the American
Legion in town was the location of the first Home Based
Business Expo, hosted by the Route 66 Foundation and Abraham Lincoln
Tourism Bureau of Logan County. Tourism director Geoff
Ladd said that the idea came from his assistant, Misty Bell. He said
that Misty has done all the work in getting the show put together
and making it into a successful fundraiser for the Route 66
Foundation.
