Pa. woman tackles burglar who broke into her home

[October 01, 2009]  YORK, Pa. (AP) -- A Pennsylvania woman dove on a burglar who broke into her home and hung onto him until police arrived.

Tina Graham, 40, said she heard an intruder in her York home around 2:30 a.m. Sunday. She said she called police then told the intruder he was going to jail. As he tried to run, the 140-pound woman said she jumped on the 160-pound man and pinned him against a fence.

A 39-year-old man was charged with burglary, assault, and related counts. Police said he admitted to two other recent attempted break-ins at Graham's home.

Graham said people are making a big deal of her actions, but she just did what anyone would do.
