Use Your Senses

Smell        Sound      Sight       Touch

Did you know that trained automotive technicians use senses when diagnosing automotive problems?

For example, say a customer leaves her vehicle with a trained technician at her favorite auto repair facility.  When the tech drives the vehicle into the bay, guess what? His sight is checking for dash indicators like “Service Engine Soon, “Check Engine,” the engine temperature, and the oil pressure gauge.  His smell, hearing, and touch also kick into diagnose problems like oil and coolant leaks, brake-pad noises, exhaust leaks, unusual engine noise, drivability, shock or strut problems, transmission slippage or linkage slack.

We at Charron’s use our senses!  These few seconds could save you, the customer thousands of dollars in downtime.
