Ill. Gov. Quinn announces candidacy for full term

CHICAGO (AP) -- Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn, who succeeded ousted Gov. Rod Blagojevich in January, has formally declared his run for a full term.
Quinn, a Democrat, says there's still more to do and that's why he wants the job for four more years. He made his announcement in Chicago on Thursday.
