Thirteen-year-old Daniel Hauser received the last of his chemo Thursday at Children's Hospital in Minneapolis.
His mother says the family is happy that treatment is done.
Daniel was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma in January and had chemotherapy once. But he stopped because it made him sick. Daniel and his family prefer natural remedies.
The issue became a child protection case because doctors have said Daniel's cancer is highly curable with chemotherapy.
Daniel and his mother fled the state in May to avoid court-ordered chemo. But Daniel's been getting the treatment since they returned, with alternative therapies to ease side effects.
Daniel starts radiation in October.
